About the role
Development of a UI application testing framework aimed at automating user interface tests while ensuring compliance with regulatory constraints in the diagnostics domain. The role involves selecting and implementing a suitable testing framework, integrating it into the CI/CD pipeline with the development team, and generating test evidence to support the software verification phase. This 6‑month internship is based in Paris.
- Obtain a proof of concept (POC using Playwright) from the development team to gain a thorough understanding of the product.
- Identify and document all requirements to ensure compliance with our needs (CI/CD, regulatory, etc.).
- Develop an automated test framework to guarantee:
- Feature coverage
- Specification coverage
- Code coverage
- Ensure the framework can be effectively used during:
- CI / CD processes
- The verification phase
About you
Required qualifications / experience:
- MSc year 2+ level in applied mathematics, computer science, software engineering or an associated field
- Experience with development languages: HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
- Knowledge of web application development
- Understanding of basic communication protocols (HTTP, REST APIs, TCP, frontend-backend interactions)
- Fluent in English
- Highly organized and meticulous about details
- Authorization to work legally in France
Optional Qualifications/Experience:
- General understanding of the constraints imposed by a regulated environment
- Knowledge of software testing processes, from specifications to software release
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
