Test and Validation Engineer

• Analyze system requirements to define test strategies and scenarios
• Write manual or automated test cases in accordance with requirements
• Execute tests manually when they cannot be automated or before automation is implemented
• Automate existing tests using TestStand and/or Robot Framework
• Prepare and execute validation campaigns
• Identify, analyze, and report defects to the development teams
• Track bugs through resolution and validation
• Work closely with the development team and various technical stakeholders
• Join a team of approximately 18 people in a collaborative environment with strong interaction with development teams

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, electronics, embedded systems, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in testing and validation
• Proficiency in Robot Framework
• Proficiency in TestStand
• Experience with test automation
• Good understanding of validation and defect management processes
• Knowledge of fieldbuses and traffic analysis tools is a plus
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and autonomy
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
