WeWork seeks a Lead, Territory Technology to support IT & AV infrastructure across multiple sites. You will coordinate a cross-functional team, manage escalations, monitor availability, and ensure KPI/SLA compliance to deliver a seamless technology experience for Members.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree with Networking knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
