Niederwieser Group, an international family business operating in Italy, Germany, and Spain, seeks a Sales Champion for packaging solutions in Central France, North‑West, or North‑East regions.
Tasks
- Responsible for achieving short, medium, and long‑term sales targets for plastic packaging solutions (printed films, bags, custom label printing) within your sales territory (Northwest France).
- Proactively acquire new and existing customers (large, medium, small companies) and sustainably maintain relationships.
- Create annual plans, manage budgets, and analyze market and customer data to support strategic decisions.
- Use the CRM system for visit reports, customer care, and documenting all sales activities.
- Collect customer feedback and develop ideas for new sales channels and further development of the product portfolio.
- Handle complaints in coordination with our QM department; analyze competitors and price developments to continuously optimize sales processes.
- Negotiate special prices and conditions in consultation with sales management and have direct access to all relevant departments to achieve quick decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience; ideally in the packaging industry, especially plastic packaging for the food sector.
- Goal‑oriented, enthusiastic, and able to convince people.
- Proficient in French (fluent) and professional in English; speaking Italian is a plus.
- Mobile, willing to travel within the region, and hold a Class B driver’s license.
- Strong identification with the brand and products, able to convey passion for plastic packaging solutions.

As an Area Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and building strong client relationships.
