Territory Sales Manager

What You'll Do:

• Own sales performance within the assigned territory, driving revenue growth and profitability while proactively identifying opportunities and managing risks.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan based on customer needs, market dynamics, competitor activity, and commercial potential.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from qualification through to close, using a consultative and value-based approach to understand customer needs and secure strong commercial outcomes.
• Support tenders, pricing discussions, proposals, and negotiations, ensuring commitments are realistic, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, procurement, and other key stakeholders, delivering high-quality service and long-term customer value.
• Maintain strong product, procedural, and clinical knowledge, acting as a trusted advisor and providing credible guidance within compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and, where applicable, sales partners to strengthen customer engagement, develop opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.
• Work independently while contributing to team performance, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and inclusive leadership.

What You Bring:

• 2/3 years of experience: sales, business development, or technical experience strongly preferred
• University degree preferred (Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields) but not mandatory.
• French & Englishe
