Territory Sales Manager

• Build new sales directly to hospitals, regions and through purchase groups
• Educate and interact with Clinical, Purchase and IT decision makers directly at hospitals
• Present and launch new products
• Secure new business and maintain existing sales
• Convert market from Human Readable to Machines Readable products

Responsibilities:

• Sales budget
• Project lead on installation and integration of our solution at hospitals
• Promoting PDC products and solutions
• Education and product training of current and potential customers
• Maintaining and building CRM database (Salesforce)
• Monitoring and reporting on movements in territory
• Technical support (light) to end customers

Required skills and competences :

• Business School Level (Master Degree)
• Minimum experience of 5 years, ideally with sales of consumables and/or IT equipment to hospitals
• French & English fluently (Dutch & English-speaking manager, European team, international environment)
• Knowledge, insight and/or experience with Printer Language coding, windows drivers, networking and system integrations (desktop printers to hospital info systems)
• High level of independency (only sales person based in France, home-office)
• Flexible with a hands-on approach
• Proactive and highly result driven
• Business Travel Oriented (around 4 days a week visiting clients across the country)
• Based near Paris

This position is available immediately on a permanent contract (CDI). We offer an attractive gross annual salary and the following benefits: target-based commissions of up to 20% of the gross annual salary, profit-sharing, health insurance, life and disability insurance, and works council benefits.
