Territory Sales Manager

As a territory sales manager, your core function is to drive revenue by advancing existing opportunities, closing hot opportunities, and bringing new opportunities into the pipeline. Sales is the lifeblood of the business, and your performance directly impacts the rest of our team and ultimately our clients. Your position will be based at our Chambersburg or Elizabethtown, PA locations. This position will be the first established territory manager at this location. If you want to progress further into sales management, there will be potential to grow a team here in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit clients at their homes to provide recommendations and pricing on our superior exterior cleaning services.
  • Meet with property managers at commercial sites for larger and more complex quotes.
  • Demonstrate a high‑impact schedule to deliver on results and assist during the holiday lighting season (November‑December).
  • Generate your own leads through marketing efforts such as prospecting, placing yard signs, asking for referrals, talking to neighbors, and offering free estimates.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training, receiving one‑on‑one instruction and ongoing mentorship from an experienced manager.

Key Performance Indicators

You will be evaluated on various key performance indicators throughout your working experience with Mobile Works. Your manager will review these metrics with you on a weekly basis to ensure accountability. The metrics include quality of estimate notes and pictures, consistency of follow‑ups with unclosed deals, number of yard signs displayed, average ticket, close ratio, and specific metrics related to your individual sales prospecting plan.

  • Company supplied iPad Pro, including all necessary peripherals and software.

  • Company provided phone number for use on your phone via a calling app.
  • Onboarding plan for your first few weeks – training and continual mentorship.

Qualifications And Experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.

2 years of sales experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person from the ground up – a resilient attitude and a strong work ethic are the most important qualities we look for.
