Territory Account Manager, Interventional Oncology (IO)

Develop and maintain the Interventional Oncology (IO) portfolio in the assigned territory, driving growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territorial business plan to acquire, retain and expand IO customers.
  • Demonstrate the IO product portfolio to key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Collaborate with clinical, medical affairs, marketing, market‑access and customer‑service teams to ensure customers are trained and supported in using the VIS product portfolio.
  • Manage tenders, contracts and commercial negotiations within the territory.
  • Promote IO solutions at client meetings, conferences, seminars and congresses, highlighting their benefits.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with strategic customers to support portfolio adoption at territorial and national levels.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators such as time spent on the road, customer visit frequency and sector coverage.
  • Analyse local market dynamics (installed base, intervention volumes, competition) to inform effective sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the national business plan and marketing communications plan.

Qualifications

  • Degree in medical or life‑science field.
  • In‑depth knowledge of interventional or diagnostic radiology environments.
  • Experience in the medical‑device market.
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and ability to develop tailored sales strategies.
