Territory and Key Account Manager

Leading the development in ICE, Electro mobility and future propulsion technologies.
Location: Reims, France
Your contribution:
Participate in the development of sales policy for your market and implement it in the area for which you are responsible: North and East of France
Implement the sales policy defined by the company (products, promotions, customer offer, etc.)
Manage the distributor's sales force (training, information meetings, accompanied tours)
Be responsible for achieving the sales targets set for your market and any other products
To achieve budgetary turnover and margin targets, while ensuring compliance with the sales policy and customer satisfaction
Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects in the markets or products for which you are responsible (from negotiation to collection)
Manage monitoring and developing sales with the key account customers assigned to it
Supervise the sales promoters in your area in terms of their duties and organization (accompanied tours, planning, sales priorities, feedback from the field, events, etc.)
Identify profitable business development opportunities (products, services, market share) while preserving margins
Competitors analysis and reporting
Manage disputes
Work with other company departments
Your Experience & Qualifications:
2 years higher education in Business or equivalent professional experience
3 - 5 years of experience on similar positions in automotive industry
PC Literacy
French with a level of English enables to communicate with the Group
