Role description

As Tender Manager , you lead strategic bids from qualification through to contract award. You define winning strategies, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure proposals align with client expectations, commercial objectives, and governance standards.

You play a key role in increasing our win rate on priority pursuits while maintaining strong risk control and financial outcomes.

Role accountabilities

You lead high-impact pursuits that shape Belgium’s buildings, cities, and communities—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex bids.

• Strategy & positioning: Define clear win strategies based on client needs and market insights. Facilitate M.O.R.E. and Win Room sessions to develop strong differentiators and messaging.
• Collaboration: Mobilize and align multidisciplinary teams across Belgium and Global Excellence Centers.
• Commercial excellence: Optimize pricing and margin with business leaders, balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Governance & risk: Ensure disciplined execution of Go/No-Go decisions, Pursuit Committee reviews, and risk protocols.
• Client focus: Deliver proposals that are compliant, high-quality, and compelling—aligned with client priorities across innovation, sustainability, and impact.
• Continuous improvement: Strengthen pursuit excellence by sharing lessons learned and improving processes and tools.

Qualifications & Experience

You bring structure, clarity, and strong coordination skills. Experience in managing complex tenders, projects, or programs is valued, but not essential.

• Ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
• Fluent in French and English
• Background in consulting, engineering, construction, or similar environments is a plus
