Tender Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire process of handling spare parts quotations in our ERP Salesforce (SFDC)
• Lead a team of 10 team members
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the offer (tender) cycle
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Prepare and present reports on operational and financial performance metrics (KPIs)
• Coach and develop team members

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
• Proven experience participating in the bid response process or in a technical sales (technico-commercial) role
• Prior experience managing teams (on-site and/or remote)
• Interest in spare parts activities
• Fluent English required
• International mobility (occasional travel to meet teams/clients)
• Knowledge of commercial processes related to the sale of spare parts is desirable
• Strong skills in financial analysis and execution
• Familiarity with an ERP is preferred
