Temp Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Potential Full-Time)

East Penn Manufacturing is seeking a temporary Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support a small legal department. The role covers commercial contracts, lease reviews, real estate transactions, and preparation of company documents for outside counsel.

The candidate will help establish a centralized information library used to complete surveys and regulatory questionnaires. There is an opportunity for this temporary position to transition to full-time.
