Telesales Manager: Lead & Grow a High-Performance Team

Managed Technologies Limited in Head Office is seeking a Telesales Manager to lead a dedicated team of Telesales Executives from our Head Office. You will coach, motivate and drive performance, shaping the training program and ensuring targets and KPIs are met.

You will work closely with senior leaders to grow the telesales function, book appointments for Senior Account Managers, and contribute to the company’s ambitious growth plans. This is a full-time, on-site role with a focus on results.
