Role Purpose

• To ensure the availability, security, performance, and optimization of Storengy’s fixed-line telephony, mobile telephony, and mobile device services.
• The Telephony & Mobile Devices Specialist manages the technical administration of this domain, oversees the equipment lifecycle, provides advanced-level expertise for complex incidents, and contributes to the evolution of usage patterns as well as the optimization of the associated hardware and software assets. xuezdbg
• They act as the technical, functional, and operational point of contact for users, support teams, and internal and external partners.
