Telephone Account Manager - Overseas
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Telephone Account Manager (TAM) to manage a designated account base and achieve activity, growth and customer satisfaction targets. The TAM will build strong relationships with decision‑makers, understand complex business needs, and deliver tailored solutions for Rightmove Overseas. The role focuses on the France patch, and additional language skills are a plus.
What You'll Do
- Develop long‑term partnerships with key strategic accounts in the overseas property sector, acting as their trusted point of contact.
- Prospect, generate and convert new accounts to achieve revenue and activity targets, navigating complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Understand client challenges, provide market‑trend insights, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Keep up to date on industry developments and competitor activity to proactively guide clients.
- Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track account performance, provide reports and document all interactions and deals.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Customer Services and other teams to ensure smooth account management and deliver value‑added solutions.
- Create and execute account plans aligned to customers’ evolving priorities, business objectives and revenue goals.
- Own the account lifecycle, manage renewals, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and maximize client value.
Who You Are
- Experienced Account Manager who has successfully grown accounts, delivered renewals, upsells and new business.
- Can manage complex accounts, multiple decision‑makers and longer sales cycles with tailored solutions.
- Efficient at managing multiple accounts, tracking performance and turning data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborative, open and supportive, sharing successes and working with internal teams.
- Consistently hits targets, thrives under pressure and seeks ways to improve performance.
- Builds trust with stakeholders and provides consultative solutions that deliver real value.
Salary
£32,000 - £37,000 GBP per annum.
