Overview At UNIVITY we believe that everyone on Earth should have access to internet connectivity and we are on a mission to empower telecom operators to deliver high-performance, affordable, sustainable internet from space to their clients where terrestrial networks are not available. UNIVITY is looking for a Telecommunications Payload Engineer to join the team in our Toulouse office, reporting to the Senior Telecommunications Payload Engineer. Responsibilities As Telecommunications Payload Engineer you will be instrumental to the development of regenerative payloads for our satellite constellation, through the design, engineering, industrialization and operational phases of our projects. You will participate in the definition, design and development of the payloads and all their subsystems, (including RF, processor, antennas, power and control), and be responsible for ensuring correct interfaces between the payloads and the platforms to guarantee that the requirements of the overall mission are met. Develop the requirements of our payloads, working closely with the platform team and mission team to ensure compatibility with the overall mission. Define and own subsystem technical requirements.
