We are looking for an experienced Hardware IT Buyer to support procurement activities related to IT, network, and telecommunications hardware within a large, complex and fast-moving environment.
The role combines sourcing, supplier management, operational procurement and project coordination. We are looking for someone comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously and working in a highly delivery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities related to IT and telecommunications hardware
- Conduct supplier sourcing and market analysis
- Manage and follow up with existing and potential suppliers
- Support day-to-day operational procurement activities
- Coordinate procurement-related projects with internal stakeholders
- Manage several purchasing topics and priorities simultaneously
- Contribute to supplier performance and procurement efficiency
Profile:
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong experience in IT / ICT procurement
- Good understanding of telecommunications and network hardware
- Experience with sourcing and supplier management
- Ability to work effectively in a complex and demanding environment
- Strong adaptability and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to manage a significant operational workload
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
