Technology Specialist (EU)

In the context of business growth and the expansion at the European level, we are recruiting an IT Technology specialist to support the environment for both corporate and Retail teams. This position is based in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technology support for the EU team across hardware, software, networking, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
• Act as the primary technology contact for the EU office while partnering closely with HQ IT teams on standards, escalations, projects, and ongoing operational support
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes including device setup, account provisioning, access management, inventory tracking, and user support
• Assist users with operational platforms including NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, Focus 10, and other business systems by troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors or HQ teams, and helping maintain day-to-day functionality
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Wi‑Fi, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and office technology infrastructure
• Support and maintain local office and operational technology including conference rooms, networking equipment, retail technology, and warehouse‑related systems if applicable
• Monitor and respond to support tickets, document recurring issues, and contribute to improving IT processes, standards, and user experience
• Work independently to prioritize and resolve technical issues while serving as the primary technology owner for the EU region in coordination with HQ

Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical support role
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, and common SaaS platforms
• Exposure to or experience supporting business systems such as NetSuite, Shopify, Celigo, Focus 10, or ERP/integration platforms is strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a regional office environment while partnering closely with HQ IT teams for standards, escalations, and project coordination
