Technology Sales Advisor – AMER Markets
Location: Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville.
Responsibilities
- Primary contact for sales teams in the local market for all matters related to JLLT.
- Educate JLL sales team on creating digitally immersive buying experiences for clients and prospects.
- Directly articulate a technology-enabled sales story to external customers, including presenting as a tech sales engineer in meetings and presentations.
- Act as technical sales engineer to identify diagnostic questions and propose solutions.
- Drive awareness and adoption of technology across JLL’s core business lines.
- Generate demand and pipeline for key technology products.
- Partner with product teams to ensure value propositions are clearly communicated.
- Demonstrate multiple technology solutions across the real estate life cycle, from lease administration to employee and building experience platforms.
- Assist in developing RFP responses and pitch content, including technical responses, discovery questions, solution design, system graphics, and pricing.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement teams to prepare client presentations and deliverables.
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive technology landscape.
Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise in the business domain of the assigned line is required.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Business or Marketing preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology sales, management consulting, or commercial real estate sales (required).
- Ability to think creatively, sell consultatively, and proactively solve problems.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Comfortable presenting to high-level decision makers.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
