About The Role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. We’re looking for a Technology Manager to execute high‑impact projects, such as large‑scale migrations, launch new features, and optimise how we manage our tech. You’ll apply analytical skills to ensure our ICT strategy aligns with business needs. Join us to shape the future of finance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering strategic ICT projects
• Managing customer migrations
• Aligning technology operations to regulatory frameworks
• Implementing required change management across the business
• Developing technology functions
• Overseeing project management processes

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in project management within financial or IT services, or a consultancy serving those industries
• Expertise in project management and service delivery
• Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence/management information
• Experience using Google Looker
