• Visites commerciales pour la recherche, l'acquisition et la fidélisation de clients.
• Recherche et acquisition de projets de prescription.
• Service à la clientèle (installateurs, distributeurs, cabinets d'architecture, ingénierie, promoteurs et constructeurs).
• Suivi des projets du début à la fin : + Rédaction des projets. + Coordination du prescripteur dessinateur-projetiste. + Préparation, suivi et négociation des offres et des projets.
• Préparation, suivi et négociation des offres.
• Relations avec le promoteur, le constructeur, l'installateur en fonction de la phase du projet.
• Assistance technique après-vente : service après-vente et mise en service des installations. Assistance technique aux différents canaux (promoteur, constructeur, installateur, etc.). Coordination de l'assistance technique après-vente.
• Gestionnaire de projets au niveau des travaux (suivi de l'installation).
• Soutien aux stratégies de marketing.
• Gestion des encaissements et suivi des incidents.
• Rapports de gestion périodiques (visites chez les clients, offres réalisées, etc.).
• Intermédiation entre les clients et la fabrication.
• Gestionnaire de la base de données des clients de votre zone. + Présentations de l'entreprise, des catalogues et des produits. + Fidélisation des clients.
• Coordination de la formation technico-commerciale des installateurs.
