We design and supply heating elements, components and complex systems for demanding sectors such as automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, glass and metallurgy.
Role
Reporting to our sales team and working closely with our design office, you will be responsible for the Île-de-France & Centre-Ouest area. You will play a key role in the development of our business, providing technical and commercial support to our customers.
Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and propose customized technical solutions.
Make regular customer visits and maintain a relationship of trust.
Respond to calls for tender and negotiate pricing conditions.
Manage contracts and ensure complete sales follow‑up.
Manage the entire sales process, from technical advice to financial monitoring and final settlement.
Prospect new markets and actively contribute to sales strategy.
Participate in drawing up sales forecasts and development plans.
Qualifications
Degree in mechanical, electrical or thermal engineering.
At least 5 years' experience in industrial thermics, ideally with a furnace manufacturer or supplier of thermal equipment.
Autonomy, team spirit, customer service skills.
Proficiency in Pack Office and office automation tools.
Fluent French and English (international collaboration with units in Sweden, Germany, Scotland, France and the USA).
B driving license required, with regular travel to our customers in your area (30 to 40% of the time).
Location
Our French office is based in Paris (Clichy). We offer flexible working arrangements: the position can be held from our Paris office, in full telecommuting mode, or in hybrid mode (3 days office & 2 days telecommuting). The choice of work mode will be discussed according to the candidate's profile and constraints.

Plant Quality Technician – Condé (Dept 14)
Bodycote, world leader in heat treatment of metals, is recruiting a Plant Quality Technician for its Condé (14) site.
As a Quality Technician, you will lead the plant's Quality Management System (QMS), ensure production compliance and promote continuous improvement (production, processes, systems) in compliance with quality and EHS procedures. Your missions include:
- Lead the plant's Quality system and make proposals to maintain and improve the site's level of performance.
- Handle customer complaints or internal non‑conformities and ensure the effectiveness of actions taken.
- Carry out internal audits and workstation audits.
- Ensure monthly quality reporting and monitor and update internal documentation.
- Determine technical and quality feasibility, and define and modify associated internal instructions.
Expertise required
- ISO 9001, 14001, 13485 and 45001 quality standards.
- Management of the quality management system, conducting/reporting audits.
- Knowledge of metals and heat treatment of materials.
- Good writing skills and ability to communicate well with customers.
- Proficiency in office automation (Excel, Word, PWT...).
- Notions of English.

Bodycote is recruiting a part‑time (50%) Plant Quality Technician as a temporary replacement at its Billy Berclau (62) site.
