Job Overview

After a comprehensive onboarding covering products, tools, and organization, you will lead the EST region with a clear mission: to sustain and grow our professional distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regular field visits: advise, activate, and energize clients at their points of sale (store layout, product placement, adherence to contracts).
  • Product demonstration on-site with a pedagogical and efficient approach.
  • Commercial development: reactivate dormant accounts, identify opportunities, open new sales points.

Role Profile

Position is 100% on the road, involving 2 to 3 trips per week across departments 54, 57, 67, 68, 88, 90.

You will be a sales/demonstrator, brand ambassador, on‑site support.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Strong desire for field work and direct customer interaction.
  • Curiosity, willingness, and good organizational sense.
  • Honest, humble, autonomous, action‑oriented attitude.
  • Prior experience in professional distribution or hardware/electrical sector is a plus.
