He/she provides technical support to internal stakeholders (sales and operational teams,etc.).**Job Description**SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES
- Handle customer requests via all types of channels (e-mail, telephone, website, etc.)
- Identify and analyze requests and needs
- Identify and research part numbers based on internal and external requests (customers, sales teams, etc.)
- Respond with an appropriate solution (deadlines, price, etc.)
- Draw up estimates based on customer requests
- Promote the commercial offer and generate additional sales (promotions, products, etc.)
- Update customer data in business tools (contacts, e-mail addresses, etc.)
- Enter opportunities and actions (sales proposals, etc.) into business tools
- Ensure commercial follow-up on opportunities (follow-up on quotations, qualification of business losses, etc.)
- Support operational teams in the use of IT tools for part identification
