Mission
- Develop processes: optimize synthesis routes for yield and cycle time, identify critical parameters.
- Follow scale‑up to kilolab scale.
- Support production during validation phase.
- Develop new analytical and chemical tools, provide technical assistance.
- Coordinate with analytical development team.
- Communicate technical details with French and foreign clients.
- Manage 1 to 2 technicians.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and GMP.
Profile
- PhD or PhD‑level researcher (specialty organic chemistry), post‑doc or early experience as a service provider, preferably abroad.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Organized work: experimental design, report writing.
- Rigorous, team spirit, creative, service orientation, ability to thrive in a competitive commercial environment.
