Under the responsibility of the Security Environment Manager, you will be responsible for the application and animation of the Group's Security and Environment policy for the site. The mission will be primarily focused on the Security aspect.

Eurosérum belongs to the Sodiaal group, which brings together a community of 17,000 farmers and 10,000 employees. As the leading French dairy cooperative, Sodiaal collects and enhances the milk of its farmers across all its 70 processing sites in France.

The core business of Eurosérum is the transformation of whey from cheese workshops into milk powder for the infant and human consumption sectors, and to a lesser extent, for animal consumption. As the world's leading demineralized whey producer with 300,000 tons per year, 70% of which are sold internationally, Eurosérum employs over 700 people across 11 processing sites and drying workshops in cheese factories.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Training and raising awareness among staff on security
• Animating daily security on the ground
• Monitoring and animating Security and Environment action plans
• Piloting information feedback from the field to management
• Ensuring relations with external organizations and service providers within your scope (prevention plan, fire permit, etc.)
• Animating the Security component in management meetings
• Preparing various PowerPoint supports
• Monitoring various Security indicators on Excel files
• Conducting internal training sessions on the ground
• Ensuring the monitoring of first aid kits
• Respecting the instructions in force regarding human safety (biological, chemical risks, etc.)

You should have a degree in Security Environment (Bac +2 / Bac +3) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Required qualities include rigor, autonomy, good relationships, initiative, persuasion, and teamwork. A good knowledge of safety standards is essential: PMR standards, intervention plan, evacuation plan, etc.

This is a 1-year contract.
