Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE
Based on the objectives set by his/her superiors, the Maintenance Methods Manager is responsible for implementing and ensuring the correct application of maintenance plans. He/she determines the associated maintenance costs.
Significant Activities
- Draw up and make available maintenance plans for serviced equipment
- Create and update lists of operations associated with maintenance plans
- Write operating procedures to detail how operations are to be carried out
- Define standard times for carrying out maintenance operations
- Determine the tools required for maintenance operations
- Update the parts list associated with maintenance operations
- Define and update the list of consumables (oils, greases, fluids, etc.) required for maintenance operations
- Provide technical support to operational teams in the field, as required
- Monitor maintenance plan completion indicators (completion rates, etc.) and propose corrective action where necessary
- Calculate the theoretical costs associated with each maintenance plan
- Draw up maintenance rents, in collaboration with the marketing teams

- Ensure that maintenance plans are properly drawn up and transmitted
- Ensure the reliability of theoretical costs
- Provide technical support to operational teams
- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
Professional Knowledge
Diploma(s) and/or experience(s): 2 years' higher education in a technical or methodological field and/or significant experience preferred
Specific knowledge(s) Technical skill(s)
- Knowledge professional in the field technical (mechanical, electrical electrical engineering, etc.)
- Professional knowledge of products (range, functions, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems
- General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
- Basic advanced level of English (A2)
