Location and Scope

Operates within the ALFI zone covering St‑Jean‑Folleville, Port‑Jérome, Gonfreville, Sandouville, Montoir, Donges and any future site in this geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct multi‑annual maintenance of electrical equipment (225 kV to 220 V) including transformers, motors, VFDs, harmonic filters, and protective devices.
• Write and update local maintenance ranges for equipment and manage documentation after implementation and capitalisation.
• Draft technical specifications, visit sites with experts for scope validation, and analyse supplier tenders for multi‑annual maintenance.
• Monitor critical spare‑parts procurement, verify timely availability to avoid downtime.
• Manage contractors: scope definition, technical alignment, selection, work permits, execution, punch‑list, and supplier evaluation.
• Participate in post‑maintenance capitalisation and support short‑term maintenance: lead interventions during breakdowns and serve as reference for specific control domains.
• Oversee workshop revisions and equipment reception from suppliers.
• Represent the pole’s activities and contribute to the maintenance expertise review of the specialty domain.
• Advance vulnerability studies and report anomalies or non‑conformities to procurement.
• Support specialty projects.

Future Development

• Prior to industrial start‑up of the Norman’Hy electrolyser plant (expected 2026): split workload between training on the construction phase and aiding engineering divisions and suppliers during plant ramp‑up.
• After commission: lead maintenance of electrical equipment on the Norman’Hy site for 6‑12 months.

Required Qualifications

• BAC+2 or equivalent in technical fields (BTS CIRA, MI DUT GMI/GMP).
• Minimum 7 years experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑annual maintenance planning and regulatory requirements, including mechanical subcontractors (scaffolding, lifting equipment).
• Proficiency in electrical equipment fundamentals and sizing (transformers, switchgears, inverters, motors).
• Comfort with field work and maintenance management software (CMMS, scheduling).
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Team spirit and customer focus.
• Ability to handle unforeseen incidents.
• Technical English (reading drawings, technical review) appreciated.
