Au sein de la Direction Recherche & Innovation, dans l’Unité Recherche & Innovation (R&I) Applications, et en particulier le groupe Evaluations et Propriétés Physico-chimiques, vous êtes chargé de sélectionner des nouveaux ingrédients performants pour le marché Cosmétiques.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Evaluer le potentiel de nouveaux ingrédients (excipients COS) suivant des cibles identifiées : Mise au point des plans d'essais, Formulation dans des châssis simples de type gel, émulsion par exemple pour évaluer des ingrédients tels que des tensioactifs émulsionnants ou moussants, des polymères, des agents de textures ou des émollients ;
• Suivre la stabilité physique des formulations ;
• Etablir des caractérisations physico chimiques des formulations ;
• Développer si besoin de nouvelles méthodes de caractérisations physico-chimiques, en collaboration avec le chargé de projet méthodes ;
• Exploiter les résultats, rédiger les compte-rendus techniques, identifier les perspectives d'intérêt, contribuer à identifier les liens structures / propriétés applicatives en s'appuyant sur les paramètres physico-chimiques ;
• Réaliser ponctuellement des études bibliographiques ou veille scientifique pour l’élaboration du plan expérimental à mettre en place que ce soit pour la sélection d’ingrédients ou pour la mise au point de méthodes ;
• Participer à la vie du laboratoire, maintenance des appareils et gestion des consommables.
• Bac +2/+3 en métiers de la chimie, physico-chimie, avec une expérience de 1 à 3 ans en formulation ;
• Connaissance des ingrédients cosmétiques et de leur formulation ;
• Notions et pratique en techniques de caractérisation des formules cosmétiques (rhéométrie, texturométrie, tensiométrie, goniométrie, mesure de SPF, diffusion dynamique de la lumière...) ;
• Techniques de manipulation en laboratoire ;
• Connaissance des bases de la chimie organique ;
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ;
• Esprit collaboratif, Rigueur, Curiosité scientifique et Organisation ;
