Technicien en Contrôle Non Destructif (CND) F/H - PT2-ET2-UT2

Job Description

In the development of our aeronautical activities, Sonovision is hiring Level 2 CND Controllers (FrANDTB) to conduct non‑destructive testing on various processes.

Testing Methods

• Ultrasonic testing (UT)
• Magnetic flux leakage testing (ET)
• Ressolage testing (PT)

Responsibilities

• Perform Level‑2 NDT on aircraft structures (ressolage, ET, UT).
• Apply current aeronautical procedures and standards.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment.
• Analyze, interpret and validate test results.
• Identify non‑conformities and alert relevant services.
• Prepare control reports.
• Maintain traceability of documentation.

Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience as a CND Controller, preferably in aerospace.

Technical training in aerospace, materials, mechanics or quality control, with valid aeronautical NDT certifications.

Required Certifications

• PT Level 2
• UT Level 2
• ET Level 2

Technical Skills

• Mastery of ressolage, ultrasonic and/or magnetic flux leakage on materials.
• Good knowledge of aircraft structures (metallic and composite).
• Reading and understanding mechanical drawings, assemblies and technical documents.
• Use of UT/ET control devices and measurement tools.
• Knowledge of dimensional/geometrical tolerances.
• Strict application of control procedures.
• Report drafting.
