Technicien de support maintenance

Your mission

The maintenance support technician ensures the upkeep of systems and makes sure to provide direct support to clients in handling their requests.

• Weekly monitoring of DNCI and DCND supervisions
• Weekly analysis and reporting of supervision analyses with the maintenance services
• Remote updating and maintenance of the equipment fleet
• Level I (see II) hotline for the anti-drone fleet (French only)
• Management of the hotline schedule with team members
• Creation and tracking of tickets related to fleet analyses and hotline
• Updating files
• Writing documentation

Your profile

Your scope of action and responsibilities are as follows:

• Ensure the compliance of processes and tools
• Ensure optimal operation
• Maintain and contribute to the development of systems and processes
• Work must be carried out ensuring everyone's safety and respecting internal quality requirements in connection with applicable codes/standards
• Actively participate in reporting risks or malfunctions and propose improvement ideas

Your profile is suitable if you have:

• Experience and skills in the field of information technologies, networks, and wireless technologies
• Experience, knowledge, and skills in electronic and radio frequency systems
• The ability to use appropriate tools and report on performance
• Proficiency in technical English
