Quality Conformance Manager – Toulouse / Colomiers – Airbus Atlantic (Programme ATR)

Mission

As a QCM, you will be the guarantor of compliance for all operations within the final assembly line, playing a strategic role at the heart of production with direct impact on aircraft compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of remaining work (OSW) on wings and Airbus Atlantic components.
• Drive client quality points (QLB): analyse, evaluate and respond.
• Track and analyse assembly anomalies, including NDT where necessary.
• Conduct inspections and produce compliance attestations (OF).
• Manage quality deviations: AM, BNC, derogations.
• Follow production activities outside qualification and ensure their compliance.
• Mentor new entrants as a reference/tutor.
• Produce quality reporting and KPIs to monitor performance.

• Guarantee on‑time, compliant deliverables.
• Reduce non‑conformities and rework.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through anomaly analysis and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in aeronautical quality (QCM, inspector, line quality).
• Strong knowledge of the FAL environment and production operations.
• Technical knowledge in structure, systems or cabin.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills (Production, ME, clients).
• Fluency in French and operational English.
• Autonomous, rigorous, analytical with a sense of priorities.
