Participer ou contribuer à la rédaction des modes opératoires, en collaboration avec les équipes produit. Transmettre une expertise technique à destination des parties prenantes internes (équipes opérationnelles, etc.) ou ponctuellement externes (clients, etc.), en collaboration avec les équipes formation technique. Encadrer fonctionnellement les différents prestataires sur des chantiers.
Job Description Summary
JOB PURPOSEOn the basis of the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the senior technician carries out itinerant interventions and carries out work (repairs, maintenance, etc.) and commissioning on equipment and installations. He/she provides technical support to operational teams.
Significant Activities
- Technical expertise - Support and intervene with operational teams in the event of technical difficulties
- Provide technical justification for warranty claims and pass on information to internal stakeholders (warranty department, etc.)
- Participate in or contribute to the drafting of operating procedures, in collaboration with the product teams
- Transmit technical expertise to internal stakeholders (operational teams, etc.) or external stakeholders (customers, etc.), in collaboration with technical training teams
- Functional management of various service providers on worksites
Intervention
- Carry out routine or complex diagnostics in collaboration with assistance or his hierarchy
- Draw up lists of parts required for the work to be carried out, in order to draw up an estimate if necessary
- Perform a risk analysis prior to intervention
- Prepare work (parts, consumables, tools, etc.)
- Recommend refurbishment solutions to customers (replacement, repair, etc.) and pass on information to internal stakeholders in order to draw up a quotation if necessary
- Carry out routine and complex preventive and corrective maintenance work on equipment (overhauls, repairs, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures
- Ensure that equipment is in good working order after intervention
- Carry out functional and performance tests on equipment before and after intervention
- Understand and use technical documentation (manuals, etc.)
- Carry out all equipment commissioning
- Parameterize and calibrate equipment (on-board electronics, etc.) on the basis of customer application
- Confirm or deny the qualification of repair orders (billable, warranty, contract, etc.)
- Indicate opportunities for additional interventions in the business tool
- Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (reports, etc.). hours worked, logbooks, etc.)
- Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.)
- Occasionally provide back-up on another perimeter (geographical, sector, activity, etc.)

- Ensuring the conformity of the workstation and tools provided
- Providing technical support for operational teams
- Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, working alone, etc.)

- Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.)
- Respect standard times
- Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules
- Perform on-call duties as required
Professional Knowledge
DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)
Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering and/or significant experience desirable.
Specific Knowledge(s)
- Technical skill(s) – Knowledge in depth in the field technical (mechanical, electrical electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.)
- General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
- Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems
