Technicien Automaticien Maintenance F/H

KNDS France Mechanics, located in Tulle, specialises in mechanical engineering from development to manufacturing. The company works across the life‑cycle of products in military, nuclear, naval, and aerospace sectors.

Mission

• Determine and formalise maintenance processes to optimise preventive, curative, and predictive activities.
• Study and determine procedures for each maintenance action.
• Compose, write, and formalise maintenance dossiers (method of operation, range, instruction sheet, programme, control records, safety analysis, FMEA, etc.) and maintain data in GMAO CARL SOURCE.
• Design maintenance ranges and tooling while respecting safety, deadlines, and quality.
• Contribute to validation of maintenance processes.
• Support implementation of maintenance ranges with the contractor.
• Optimise work organisation (ergonomics, pacing…) and ensure implementation and follow‑up.
• Propose and participate in the evolution of maintenance operations.
• Work in support of the RTA team on site; may act as functional or technical referent for a defined perimeter.
• Exhibit proactive capacity and real proposal skills across an extended perimeter.

Profil / Compétences requises

• Bachelor‑level education (Bac +2) or equivalent, with technical and process expertise in maintenance of assemblies, machining, hydraulics, electrical, automation, electronics, etc.
• Experience enabling a referent role in the field.
• Mastery of corporate tools (PLM, ERP), CAD/CAM, and GMAO CARL SOURCE.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to the perimeter.
• Robotics (Fanuc) and automation programming modification skills.
• Lean manufacturing competence.
• Force de proposition in energy savings for infrastructure and processes.
• Experience in implementing new equipment on site (historisation of constructor data, etc.).
• Automation of contractual indicator follow‑ups.
• Required SD qualification.
