Technician+/ Engineer Test Equipments Manager

SYNERGIE CAD PSC (45 employees), a semiconductor subsidiary of the Synergie Cad Group (over 500 employees – 16 countries), is one of the European leaders in the industrialisation and production of semiconductor integrated circuits (electronic chips) with a unique range of skills and industrial capabilities at the service of European Fabless :

• - Development of test solutions for integrated circuits (test line at the Toulouse site)
• - Production testing
• - Packaging / Assembly of electronic chips (packaging line at the Toulouse site)
• - Qualification – Reliability (laboratory at the Toulouse site)
• - Development and manufacturing of electronic boards (manufacturing plant in Carros)
• - Supply Chain

With the aim of ensuring the smooth operation of our Components Test line and its equipments (Advantest & Teradyne testers, Multitest handlers, Semics probers), we are looking, within the Product Engineering team, for a technical engineer responsible for our test floor and test tools.

After training provided by the various equipment manufacturers, you will ensure, at our Blagnac-Toulouse site, the proper maintenance and use of Test equipment (automatic handlers, probers, testers, etc.).

Your main tasks:

• - Technical management of the Test Floor equipment and instruments
  • o Calibration, maintenance, and first-level servicing (by yourself or in coordination with the equipment manufacturers)
• - Conducting machine recipes and setups in support of development and production teams
• - Organizing production (Test) activities in coordination with the Planning team and Test operators
• - Analyzing Test results and validating batches of tested parts

Skills & Experience:

Engineer or senior technician with several years of experience in similar function in the semiconductor industry and related Testing activities.
