Context
We are looking for a Technical Trainer & V&V Engineer to join our team. Part of the Operations department, our team plays a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards, and that the deployment engineers are perfectly trained to ensure smooth operations on client’s sites. In this role, you’ll collaborate with deployment engineers, integration engineers, product managers, and R&D teams to uncover potential weaknesses and drive continuous improvements. Your future responsibilities
As a trainer, you will be focused on delivering high-quality training services, in order to support our partners during the scale-up of our autonomous vehicles solutions.
As a V&V test engineer, you will be responsible for executing and analysing V&V tests of embedded software using autonomous test vehicles and/or dedicated test benches and simulators.
Your main activities will be to:
Training
- Provide highly technical training sessions on different products (vehicles, software, process,…) around logistics vehicles and solutions developed by EasyMile
- Create & manage training contents according to EasyMile products and partners needs
- Participate in the administration of the training activity & KPIs following
- Participate in improving the training processes and training means, to ensure better efficiency and mastering of the activity: specify, setup and deploy new means and new tools
Validation
- Defining validation plans for autonomous vehicles and systems,
- Planning and prioritizing V&V test activities in collaboration with the team manager,
- Conducting test campaigns to verify vehicle compliance with specifications, standards, and applicable regulations,
- Identifying, reporting, and tracking anomalies, as well as analyzing and summarizing results in test report,
- Preparing and executing external test campaigns (e.g., UTAC) for vehicles and components,
- Transferring validation results to Safety, Product, Deployment, and Maintenance teams,
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methods, and tools.

Essential qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Experience in analysing and testing complex embedded system
- Experience as a trainer in a technological field
- Common sense and ability to find practical solutions to complex problems
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset
