Context
We are looking for a Technical Trainer & Validation Engineer to join our Operations team. You will collaborate with deployment engineers, integration engineers, product managers and R&D teams to uncover potential weaknesses and drive continuous improvements, ensuring that products meet the highest standards and that deployment engineers are adequately trained.
Responsibilities
- Training : Deliver highly technical training sessions on different products (vehicles, software, processes) and create & manage training contents according to partner needs. Participate in the administration of training activities, monitor KPIs and contribute to improving training processes and training means, specifying, setting up and deploying new training tools.
- Validation : Define validation plans for autonomous vehicles and systems, plan and prioritize V&V test activities, conduct test campaigns to verify vehicle compliance with specifications, standards and regulations, identify, report and track anomalies, analyze and summarize results in test reports, prepare and execute external test campaigns (e.g., UTAC) for vehicles and components, transfer validation results to Safety, Product, Deployment and Maintenance teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methods and tools.
Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience analysing and testing complex embedded systems.
- Experience as a trainer in a technological field.
- Common sense and ability to find practical solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in French and English.
- Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in robotics.
- Experience in programming embedded systems.
- Experience with Linux command lines.
