Responsibilities

• Accompany the sales team, partner distributors and installers by delivering expert technical training on Fieldpiece products.
• Design, develop and present advanced technical training programs and innovative teaching materials for distributors, training centers, installers and sector professionals.
• Provide key technical support and strengthen relationships with partners.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and participate in distributor events (open days) and professional trade shows.
• Identify, recruit and integrate new training centers and technical high schools while consolidating existing relationships; develop and animate the ambassador network.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to align training programs with commercial objectives.
• Report field information, share experiences and identify market trends.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years experience in the HVACR sector, testing and measurements or professional tooling market, and in developing technical training content, programs, presentations and educational materials.
• Experience delivering B2B technical training workshops, courses or presentations.
• Experience producing digital training content (video or online).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong technical skills and ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Previous work with distributors, manufacturers, technical schools or training bodies delivering product demonstrations and application‑focused training.
