Join our dynamic TSE France team in Paris. Help brands optimize digital experiences with hands-on support, collaborate globally, and ensure reliable AB Tasty integrations.

Tech Stack: Python, JavaScript, AWS, Google CloudCollaboration tools: Tools: Slack, Jira, Confluence, and moreTravel: occasional travel to client sites or team-building events

YOUR MISSION

Contribute to the implementation of the Recos&Merch product by:

Integrating and validating product catalog feeds

Defining and creating custom product fields

Developing and troubleshooting front-end recommendation blocks

Build and maintain effective collaboration between clients and internal teams by assessing technical feasibility, gathering and clarifying requirements, and ensuring smooth platform integration.

Drive technical excellence by identifying optimization opportunities, recommending best practices, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with both client objectives and product capabilities.

Lead campaign feasibility assessments and advise on implementation approaches that maximize performance, reliability, and platform compatibility.

Partner with the Customer Success team to support technical pre-sales discussions, onboard new clients, and resolve complex or escalated issues.

Act as a trusted technical advocate, translating client needs into actionable solutions on AB Tasty’s platform through clear guidance, proactive support, and timely troubleshooting.

Confidence in assessing campaign feasibility, resolving technical issues, and communicating effectively in cross-functional and client-facing contexts.
