Technical Support Engineer

Support sales teams and customers in defining optimized technical solutions for HVAC and Data Center applicationsAnalyze customer technical requirements and propose optimized solutionsSupport sales engineers and consultants in preparing technical offersUse simulation and selection tools to size and define appropriate solutionsDevelop a strong understanding of the product portfolio and related applicationsWork closely with a team of technical expertsContribute to high-quality technical exchanges with mainly European customers

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a specialization in mechanical engineering, energy, HVAC, refrigeration or air conditioning
• Initial experience in a technical, industrial or energy-related environment would be an advantage
• Ability to learn quickly and become familiar with products, technical tools and internal methods
• Technical English proficiency required, written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, customer focus and ability to work with several stakeholders in parallel
• Good understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning or energy systems
• Ability to use technical selection, sizing or simulation tools
• Capacity to analyze technical data and translate customer needs into relevant solution proposals
• Knowledge of Data Center cooling applications would be an advantage
