Technical Support Engineer

We are a professional energy storage system integrator focusing on Utility-scale BESS & Commercial & Industrial BESS . We are rapidly expanding our European market. This presales role fully supports local sales teams, responsible for technical solution design, customer technical communication, tender support, grid code compliance analysis, and sales empowerment. The core objective is to help sales win BESS projects and build long-term customer technical trust in Europe .

• ts.Design system topology, PCS/EMS configuration, thermal management & fire protection solution, grid connection solution according to local grid cod
• es.Deliver full presales documents: proposal, technical presentation, single-line diagram, BOM, benefit analysis, competitor comparis
• on.Attend customer technical meetings, answer technical inquiries, conduct technical negotiation & clarificati
• on.Be fully responsible for tender technical documents, technical response sheets, deviation sheets, bid compliance checki
• ng.Research European local grid standards, energy policies, grid codes, certification requirements, and local market rul
• es.Build standardized European BESS solution library, FAQ library, and sales training materia
• ls.Provide technical training for local sales, distributors and partne

ge.Requireme

• ntsBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power System, Renewable Energy, Automati
• on.1–5 years BESS presales / solution experience in utility & C&I energy stora
• ge.Familiar with BESS system structure, PCS, EMS, battery container, fire & thermal syst
• em.Knowledge of European grid codes (G99/G100, VDE, CE etc.) is preferr
• ed.Fluent English for client communication, technical presentation and business negotiati
• on.Strong logic, proposal writing skills and customer-oriented minds
