Technical Service Training Lead

• Build and deploy Train-the-Trainer programs for Carrier's priority commercial equipment
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to country trainers and technical champions across Europe
• Certify trainers on priority HVAC technologies
• Serve as a technical expert and escalation point for complex service and application topics
• Support commissioning, pilot projects, and first-of-a-kind installations
• Monitor and support trained populations through follow-up coaching and refresher interventions
• Provide ongoing technical mentorship to field technicians
• Gather field insights and feedback to improve training effectiveness and technical capability
• Develop and review trainer guides, commissioning procedures, troubleshooting tools, and technical case studies
• Ensure training content remains accurate, aligned with field needs, and reflective of product evolution
• Collaborate with Service Academies, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, and Service Operations

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience in HVAC service and applications
• Strong expertise in water-cooled and air-cooled chillers and heat pumps
• In-depth knowledge of screw, centrifugal, and scroll compressor technologies
• Proven expertise in controls, commissioning, diagnostics, and system optimization
• Knowledge of Modbus, BACnet, and CCN communication protocols
• Technical credibility with experienced technicians and engineers
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning
• Experience in technical training, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer within a service or engineering environment
• Solid understanding of large-scale HVAC applications across commercial, industrial, district energy, and critical cooling environments
• Experience in an international or multi-country environment is a strong asset
• Fluency in French and English is required
