YOUR MISSION

Join our commercial team in France to develop business across the Detergency & Home Care, Plastics & Polymers and Coatings product lines — acquiring new clients and growing the existing portfolio with a results-driven approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospecting and developing new clients in target sectors
• Managing, retaining and growing the existing client portfolio
• Identifying business opportunities and proposing tailored technical solutions
• Monitoring margins, revenue and market positioning
• Internal coordination with logistics, purchasing and commercial management
• Technical-commercial support and after-sales follow-up
• Participation in trade fairs and sector events, nationally and internationally
• Identifying and proposing new strategic products

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical raw materials (detergency, polymers, plastics or coatings)
• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar
• Strong business and results-oriented mindset
• Experience in business development and key account management (KAM)
• Good knowledge of the French market, its applications and key players
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office and ERP systems
• Willingness to travel as required
