We manufacture and supply specialty materials used in commercial construction - primarily for waterproofing and repairing concrete structures. Our products are used on everything from high-rises and hospitals to tunnels, bridges, and parking structures. You’ll be joining a team that works directly with contractors, engineers, architects, and distributors to solve real problems on active construction sites.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with contractors, engineers, and architects to discuss project needs
- Visit construction sites to evaluate conditions and recommend solutions
- Provide product training and support to contractors and distributors
- Give technical presentations to design and consulting firms
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
This Is An Entry-level Position, So We’re Not Expecting Years Of Experience. What We Are Looking For Is Someone Who Is
- Interested in how buildings and infrastructure are built and maintained
- Comfortable speaking with people in the field and office environments
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage their time independently
- A strong communicator—written and verbal
- Curious and willing to learn technical material (we’ll train you)
- Based in or willing to travel throughout the NYC metro area with occasional overnight travel to our headquarters in Elkton, MD for product training.
A background in construction, engineering, architecture, or related fields is a plus, but not required. A degree is preferred but not necessary—we’re more interested in practical thinking and the ability to follow through.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + commission
- Full health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off
- Training and mentorship from experienced team members
- A stable role in a growing, well-respected company
- Exposure to real-world construction projects and decision-makers
