Technical Sales Representative (Central–Greater West–South) Cryopak Industries, a leader in temperature‑controlled packaging solutions, is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate its growth in the Strasbourg economic area.

Your Responsibilities

New market development: actively prospect in Alsace and the Strasbourg region, build a strong pipeline, and propose customized solutions.

Account management: ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty among existing clients.

Sales strategy: work with internal teams to define and execute ambitious sales plans.

Market expertise: monitor trends, anticipate needs, and contribute to competitive positioning.

Reporting: manage your results through the CRM (Salesforce) and provide accurate analyses.

Profile Sought

Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent (Bachelor’s +3 or higher).

5 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales in related sectors (cold‑chain logistics, packaging, life sciences).

A hunter mindset: you enjoy winning new clients and building long‑term relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Must be fluent in German

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Availability to travel 70% of the time in the Strasbourg region and surrounding areas.

Valid driver’s license.
