JOB TITLE: Technical Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and build strong project alliances and ecosystem alliances.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to position the company’s semiconductor chip portfolio effectively.
• Drive outreach initiatives through email campaigns, direct engagement, social media, PR, and other marketing channels.
• Conduct proactive follow-up with prospects to qualify business leads and progress.
• Execute necessary daily activities to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Operate with a global team.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events (e.g., Embedded World, Electronica, CES Europe).
• Perform competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis.
• Identify emerging applications, standards, and regional requirements (e.g., Matter, BT, BLE, Wi‑Fi, Sub‑GHz, GNSS, etc.).
• Read and explain datasheets, schematics, and system block diagrams.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technology including SoCs, RF & wireless (BLE, Wi‑Fi, Sub‑GHz, Matter, Zigbee, Thread, proprietary RF).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Semiconductor Chip sales.
• Prior experience in European semiconductor markets preferred.
• Semiconductor Technology background/degree preferred.
• Ability to manage and grow a local team and business.
• Proactive mentality and ability to work well in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong focus and time‑management skills.
• Open to international travel for attending events, meetings with customers, etc.
