Overview
His/her mission is to develop his/her client portfolio, which he/she mananges and retains, and to develop turnover and margins in his/her defined sector.
Scope
Scope: He/she is responsible for Benelux which are Belgium Luxembourg Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Participate in development development with the sales management and apply guidelines related to their sector
- Propose possible improvements to the sales strategy or sales work to your manager
Business development of your portfolio
- Prospecting and visiting: finding new customers in your defined sector
- Select Inovance products and prepare relevant offers based on customer needs
- Investigate and validate customer needs, set prices for current products, respond to objections and close deals
- Seek out resellers and help to coordinate the network in the absence of a sales representative dedicated to distributors
- Follow up with prospects/customers
- Build customer loyalty
- Regularly report key figures and results of actions taken to your sales manager
- Contribute to the company's technological and competitive intelligence
Marketing
- Participate in defining certain communication strategies to be implemented
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars and open days
- Participate in the translation and/or correction of sales brochures
Qualification
- Technical skills in automation, mechanics or mechatronics
- Successful experience in selling automation solutions (servo-drive, servo-motor, AC drives, plc, CNC...)
- It is necessary to have English/French communication skills, German communication skill is prefered
- Strong self-motivation and a self-starter
