In this role you'll be responsible for driving commercial development in the French market. Working from your home office, ideally near Rennes, Nantes, Lille, or Strasbourg, you will manage and grow a portfolio of pharmaceutical industry clients. Your mission is to identify industrial projects for standard or customized equipment tailored to the specific needs of your contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical industry clients
• Identify and qualify industrial projects for high‑end packaging equipment lines
• Manage medium‑to‑long‑term sales cycles, from project identification to equipment delivery
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team in France (technicians, salespeople, assistants) and Germany (design office, technicians, project managers)
• Ensure accurate reporting of all relevant information in SAP and Salesforce
• Plan and organize client visits effectively

Profile

• Degree in sales and/or technical fields
• Proven experience as Technical Salesperson, Sales Engineer, or Account Manager in selling technical equipment (e.g., machine tools, industrial subassemblies), ideally to the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong technical interest, interpersonal skills, and commitment to commercial development
• Analytical and organizational skills; autonomous and proactive in planning
• Team‑oriented, versatile, and adaptable to a human‑sized company environment
• Mobility required (2–3 days/week)
• Proficient in computer tools (SAP, Salesforce)
