Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) - Materials (Brabender Product Line)

Anton Paar France, a subsidiary of the Austrian Anton Paar Group, is a globally recognized leader in high-precision laboratory and process instrumentation. With more than 100 years of innovation, we support our customers across a wide range of industries, including food, polymers, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.

In 2023, we integrated the German company Brabender GmbH into our portfolio, a specialist in extrusion and plastic compounding solutions. To further develop this product line and strengthen our presence in the Île-de-France and Northern France regions, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) on a permanent contract.

The candidate must be based in the Île-de-France region.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop the customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities
• Understand specific customer needs and propose suitable solutions in extrusion and compounding
• Conduct technical demonstrations and provide first-level support
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with our factory in Germany and the team in Austria to achieve your targets

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (minimum 3 years), ideally in the field of materials, quality control, or industrial processes
• Strong ability to develop a network and successfully close deals
• Strong drive for sales challenges and ability to work independently in developing your territory
• Solid technical skills to engage with expert-level stakeholders
• Fluent English required for international communication
• Willingness to travel frequently within France and occasionally abroad
• Valid driver’s license
