Technical Sales Engineer, Ground-mounted PV & BESS

Responsibilities

  • Business development: define commercial objectives and action plans, identify project opportunities, and maintain a network of partners
  • Offer management: lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and liaise with engineering teams and internal departments
  • Structuring and negotiation: coordinate complete proposal assembly, present summaries to management, and lead negotiations
  • Monitoring and reporting: ensure commercial reporting, share market and client information, and represent the company at industry trade shows
  • Regular travel within France and occasional travel abroad

Qualifications

  • Degree from an engineering or business school
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a Technical Sales, Business Developer, or Project Manager role
  • Strong understanding of ground-mounted PV technology and energy storage systems (BESS)
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy market/sector is a plus
  • Proven mastery of the full sales cycle, negotiation, and deal closing
  • Ability to work in a team within a multi-project, multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is required
